Acharya Parimal Mehta Kendra was founded in 1974 by Pandit Shivnath Shastri, who read charts on the same stone step for forty-one years.
How we work
Every chart is computed rather than looked up. Sidereal positions come from apparent geocentric longitudes with the Lahiri ayanamsha; houses are whole-sign in the Parashari manner, with Placidus cusps available where a KP reading is requested.
Every consultation begins with the astrologer studying the chart before you speak — which is why we ask for birth details at the time of booking rather than at the start of the call.
What we will not do
We do not predict deaths, we do not tell people to break engagements, and we do not sell a gemstone to anyone whose chart does not call for one. If a question is better answered by a doctor, a lawyer or an accountant, we will say so and refund the session.
